Anna Carol
After many adventurous yet painful years of searching for truth and happiness in the world and trying to bring God into her life, Anna Carol met David Hoffmeister and could feel deeply that he experiences total joy and peace and that he speaks and lives the Truth without compromise. She was inspired to make her total commitment to Awakening and serving the Sonship with David and the Messengers. By questioning her thoughts and beliefs, being willing to be wrong about them and seeing them as valueless, she is getting in touch with her divine nature and natural joy which extends out to everyone. She is learning that there is no cause in form, and only her thoughts cause her pain. Her position as Secretary to Living Church Ministries and her involvement in editing and transcribing projects for the Foundation for the Awakening Mind allow her to use some of her skills while undoing the ego. She enjoys sewing, cooking, cleaning, yard work and household fix-up projects. Often she soars to Light while listening to music, playing the piano, singing, dancing, meditating, eye gazing, and joining holy companions in conversations in Truth.

Charles
Owen Baldwin
Charles has been guided to move from Holy Spirit House
in Cincinnati to Utah and Salt Lake City to volunteer for Living
Church Ministries. With happy laughter he is the greeter for anyone
wanting a chat. He loves Holy Spirit inspired songs and is deeply
immersed in studies of Awakening Mind materials, such as the book
Healing in Mind and Awakening Through A Course In Miracles. He
is Helpful with uploading lots of David's videos from the Australia tour 2009 that are found under the links
on the Videos page.

Greg Ough
After immersing himself in transpersonal rebirthing for some years, Greg became aware of a loving presence that was guiding the process. This deepened his inquiry and led him to the doors of a local ACIM group. There, much to his surprise, he felt prompted to join with his (now) wife Sue in a holy relationship which has been (and still is!) a vehicle for greater self honesty. He feels that it is the exposure of the blocks to loves awareness and the deepening of trust in the Holy Spirit’s Purpose. From this solid foundation Greg is discovering his readiness to be used by the Spirit as a volunteer with the Messengers of Peace, in service to the whole. Greg loves to sing and share his journey with humor and lightness of heart through inspirational music and songs.

Jackie Simpson
Jackie’s discovery of the Awakening Mind
teachings was the beginning of opening
to the uncompromising Truth which she had longed for but had not
found in any of the other teachings she had investigated. About her association with David and the
Messengers, she says “The steps seem to have been huge at
times, but at the same time an amazing gift of growth in the Spirit.
Observing the subtleties of the ego mind has been an enormous
gift, to see over and over again that the only thing that brings
pain to the mind is resistance. The truth of ‘do you want
to be right or happy’ has really hit home”. In experiencing
the joy of letting go of old beliefs, she has become the ‘happy
learner’. Jackie is currently in transition moving from
New Zealand to Australia to be a presence for the Holy spirit through
the Foundation for the Awakening Mind. Wherever she is she has
an open heart and a welcome for all who have a deep desire to
awaken.
Jackie is now the travel coordinator for the Messengers of Peace.

Jason Press
After a period of seeking for peace and happiness in the world, Jason has followed a calling to volunteer with the Messengers of Peace and to lead a life of devotion. With willingness and curiosity he has come to immerse himself in the teachings of "A Course in Miracles" and "Awakening Mind." He is very grateful to witness the deep level of support and trust that has been provided and loves to share the good news about how fun and exciting this journey can be. Jason is assisting with the development of the Mystical Mind Training program and has also stepped into the role of webmaster for Awakening Mind websites.

Kerri Lake
Kerri Lake has been a long term volunteer at the Foundation for the Awakening Mind. She has assisted in various media projects including serving as a former webmaster for the Foundation. In 2007 she built and launched the Teacher of Teachers website with the help of many volunteers, and is now assisting with building the new Mystical Mind Training website. She is currently involved in authoring a podcast for Awakening Mind which features the work and teachings of David Hoffmeister. This podcast can be accessed through iTunes and Podcast.com. Kerri also plays the Native American Flute and has recently recorded a CD called "From the Heart" which is available from her on a donation basis. The CD is a reflection of living a life of following the Spirit, which is simply being open to the moment and allowing the expression of the Spirit to flow without a plan or effort.

Leila Dawn
Leila
maintains The Lighthouse as a place of sojourn and fellowship
for those who come to join and work with The Messengers of Peace.
She brings a deep and varied background to sharing the Inner
Light of Christ. Though taught by several spiritual teachers
and having been a teacher herself, it wasn’t until the
struggle with her ego brought about a crisis in her life that
she surrendered to the healing love of Christ and became the
student of the Holy Spirit. Leila has been a student of A Course
in Miracles for nearly two decades. Her buoyant spirit and loving
heart and her open sharing of her own struggles and surrender
allow her to relate to all who seek to know and serve God more
completely. Knowing intimately the rigidity that living from
ego creates, she now strives to maintain the ‘flexibility
of mind’ that allows the movement of spirit to direct
her in service and maintain her peace.

Ross Donald
From an early age, Ross was always interested in the big questions about the meaning of life. On a road trip in 2000 to investigate alternative lifestyles, he discovered A Course In Miracles and was instantly captivated by its clarity and wisdom. He has been a student ever since. He organizes a study group in Sydney, Australia and, as a volunteer, he is helping to make the Foundation’s websites easier to update.

Sarah Pilkington
One day Sarah stopped seeking and chose to be found. Deciding to believe the course entirely she surrendered all personal plans, to follow the Voice for God and to live in Divine Providence. The deep mystical Call she felt to let go of limiting beliefs, was soon answered when she met David Hoffmeister and found a practical way to apply the transfer of training, and awaken the mind. Attracted by the adventures of Jesus and the promise that the bright shining welcome to Love was for all, she is devoted to living an Inspired life Guided by the Holy Spirit, in Joyful service to share the Good News. Sarah has joined closely with Messengers since 2008 and traveled with David in Europe in 2009. With a passion for extending through imagery and movies she delights in designing the Mystical Mind Training program and joining with people all over the world for one to ones and gatherings. Sarah is based in Ireland.

Sue Daniel
In the late nineties the inevitable crisis found Sue on her knees praying to God for help! Holy Spirit answered immediately with ACIM! Inspired by the call of her heart and her study of Transpersonal Psychology she continued undoing the seeming egoic identity but now with Jesus by her side. Sue met David Hoffmeister in 2008 and, encouraged by his gentleness and uncompromising teaching, invited him to facilitate a gathering in South East Australia. There began the association with the Messengers that has led to a deeper practice in mind-fullness, a recognition of the innocence present in all and a willingness to trust Spirit’s purpose. Through devotion to seeing through the eyes of Christ, a whole new reality of beauty, joy and peace is being revealed. Sue’s organizational skills and love of ’holding space’ for others to experience joy without opposite, gives a backdrop utilized by Spirit for the only choice… to remember My function in Love.

Suzanne Sullivan
Suzanne has been a seeker of Truth from a very young age. She has traveled the world,
served a Mormon mission, studied with shamans and worked with some of the spiritual leaders of our
time. In 1998 she was drawn to leave her city life to go deeper into the healing of her own mind. Out of
this healing she founded The Edge retreat center. During that time she passionately studied A Course in
Miracles. Last year she felt a deep calling to let go of everything and join deeper with David Hoffmeister
and the Messengers of Peace. As the Course says “To be in the
Kingdom is to focus your full attention on it.” She has heard the call and has answered.
Suzanne is now the tour coordinator for the Messengers of Peace.

Thomas St.Claire
After an awakening experience in 1990, Thomas
has led a life of devotion to fully realizing the presence of
the indwelling God. He resonates around the understanding that
“Thou will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed
on thee”. Thomas met David in the early 90’s, and
in 1999 co-founded the Foundation for the Awakening Mind. After
a period away, Thomas has joyfully returned to the Foundation
to volunteer as the Media Coordinator. The Holy Spirit is clearly
using his skills in media production and technology as part of
God’s plan of awakening. He is also technical developer of the Mystical Mind Training program, an online learning portal for mind training. Thomas also finds great delight
in being used as a spiritual storyteller; using story as means
to extend and share the experience in God’s Love. He channels
the humor and laughter of God, with a clear understanding that
the gates of Heaven swing wide-open to the luscious sounds of
laughter.
