The Messengers of Peace live simple devotional lives, hosting retreats and travelling where invited to share practical gatherings that inspire and bless all who seek peace of mind and enlightenment. The Messengers of Peace are dedicated to the complete awakening from the dream of separation, as such they are devoted to experiencing the Peace of God.

Acknowledging that truth is within the Mind, Messengers of Peace offer an invitation to engage in the intention of uncovering the beliefs that seem to obstruct the awareness of love’s presence.
The wrong mind (ego) is simply a faulty choice. Yet, who chooses the ego unless, unrecognized, it seems to offer something of value? Therefore, unveiling the content of ‘ego-thinking’ and seeing that the ego offers nothing of value is essential to choosing peace. David and the Messengers meet with those who desire to discern between the ego’s thought system and the Holy Spirit’s purpose of forgiveness, so that the decision for the Holy Spirit can be made plain. The purpose of these gatherings remains unchanged – learning the Holy Spirit’s purpose of forgiveness and awakening to the peace, happiness and freedom that is Reality.

Nothing Real Can Be Threatened. Nothing Unreal Exists. Herein Lies the Peace of God.

David Hoffmeister

David Hoffmeister is a living example of the teachings of A Course In Miracles & Self realization. He teaches from Enlightened Mind, shining the Love of God wherever he is invited in the world. David lives a simple life of trust and is supported by the Holy Spirit. Thus he never charges any money and never has anything to sell. His gatherings are open discussions and he invites questions and comments from everyone who attends. His web sites have a variety of free resources (ie., CDs, DVDs, & MP3s) and very profound writings. David’s global mailing list group, AwakeningInChrist, has hundreds of archived messages written from the Holy Spirit as answers to questions sent in to David from around the world. David’s teachings and his example demonstrate the State Of Being Jesus called the Kingdom of Heaven.

David traveled throughout North America during his first 11 years of teaching, meeting with Course groups and individuals in churches, bookstores, homes, parks, & spiritual centers where he was invited. In 2002 he began traveling to 22 countries on 4 continents (North America, South America, Australia, & Europe). Most of these visits and gatherings were in the United States, Canada, Argentina, & Colombia, though in recent years David has also visited New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, the Canary Islands, France, Switzerland, Germany, & Belgium as well. In 2006 David traveled to Australia, and made a return visit to the islands of New Zealand. In February 2007 he spoke at the ACIM Conference in San Francisco, California and thereafter returned to the South Pacific (Australia & New Zealand) and to central Europe. David will travel to the South Pacific, Europe, and South America for gatherings in 2008 and he is open to invitations in North America and Canada again in 2008 as well.  In February 2009 David will again speak at the international ACIM Conference at the Holiday Inn in San Francisco.  Humankind is Awakening to the Oneness of God’s Love, and David demonstrates that the time of Peace is Now. Kirsten Buxton

Kirsten Buxton devoted her life to awakening when she realized that the feeling of Home and the experience of eternal Love that she had been longing for were God. Kirsten joined David at the Peace House in 2004, and during the first 3yrs as a Messenger of Peace she accompanied David on many travels throughout the world. These travels were used as a backdrop for healing and opening to hearing the Holy Spirit’s Voice. Her open dialogues with the Holy Spirit from these years have been published on the interactive AwakeningInChrist online Yahoo group, and have touched hundreds of hearts around the world. Kirsten offers a simple, honest, and straightforward appreciation of healing through A Course In Miracles. Her path continues to involve travelling and sharing the message of the Spirit, and she enjoys facilitating music and movement experiences /meditations at gatherings and retreats as a backdrop for healing and experiencing oneness.

Jason Warwick

At a very young age Jason Warwick became aware of the simplicity of salvation; knowing that the same truth was beneath all separate interests and religions. Inspired by Mother Theresa's devotional life, he felt a calling to live a life of service without monetary rewards. His path involved religious science and working with youth, and after meeting David Hoffmeister around 2002 he was introduced to ACIM and Awakening Mind materials. Using these publications, spontaneous travels and volunteering as a backdrop, he was Guided through many assignments to loosen from limiting beliefs and to open up to living a life of Divine Providence. After joining fully with Messengers, the role of Acting Director for the Foundation was handed to Jason. Jason has stepped into this role, as well as a teaching role, and his gentle and direct approach, along with his total commitment to sharing the prompts Given by the Spirit, are a blessing to everyone. Jenny Fagerstedt

By experiencing the power of the mind and the light that is our natural state, Jenny has been guided by the Spirit to join with David in a shared Purpose. As a child Jenny said to God, "Do it fast, take me home." She feels that life has presented her the perfect circumstances for forgiveness and the possibility to reach the experience of Perfect Oneness. Jenny enjoys expressing through painting and extending without words. Some wonderful song phrases that reflect Jenny's steadfast devotion are as follows:
"I feel it now, the silent voice I can’t deny… This love, it will last forever, it will never fade away, this love, this love…"
"Just a prayer away.. No matter where I am. You’re just a prayer away. My strength is in my faith. I’m never afraid; I’m never alone because you’re just a prayer away…."
"Whatever rises let it go, let it go, let it go; we’ll be still and see…"

Lisa Fair

 Lisa Fair has been in close relationship with the Messengers of Peace for several years. In May of 2008 Lisa decided to join fully with the Messengers of Peace as a backdrop for serving God. There is Much Joy in working for the Lord!! Lisa's functions include being a Hostess to guests, answering emails, counseling and serving as the House Mother assisting with periphery house needs.

Lisa lives by, "Put the Kingdom of Heaven first and All Things would be added onto thee.” There is no greater Gift that she has Experienced than the Peace that comes from fulfilling her function with God. She is here to Share the Glad Tiding of Forgiveness. Her Joy and Excitement for God will transform you. We Teach by demonstration that walking the way with God is the most Natural and Easy Journey!!
