David Hoffmeister is a living example of the teachings of A Course In Miracles & Self realization. He teaches from Enlightened Mind, shining the Love of God wherever he is invited in the world. David lives a simple life of trust and is supported by the Holy Spirit. Thus he never charges any money and never has anything to sell. His gatherings are open discussions and he invites questions and comments from everyone who attends. His websites have a variety of inspiring, enlightening, free resources (ie., Videos & MP3s) along with the most profound Self-realization writings on the planet. David’s global mailing list group, AwakeningInChrist, has hundreds of archived messages written from the Holy Spirit as answers to questions sent in to David from around the world.

David’s teachings and his living example demonstrate the State Of Being & Oneness Jesus called the Kingdom of Heaven. David traveled full-time throughout North America beginning in 1991. During his first 12 years of teaching David met with Course groups and individuals in churches, bookstores, homes, parks, & spiritual centers where he was invited. In 2003 he began traveling to 22 countries on 4 continents (North America, South America, Australia, & Europe). Most of these visits and gatherings were in the United States, Canada, Argentina, & Colombia, though in recent years David has also visited New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, the Canary Islands, France, Switzerland, Germany, & Belgium as well. In 2006 David began the first of 4 yearly tours along the East coast of Australia. In February 2007 he spoke at the ACIM Conference in San Francisco, California and thereafter returned to the South Pacific and to central Europe. David returned to the South Pacific & Europe for gatherings in 2008, and in February, 2009 David spoke again at the international ACIM Conference at the Holiday Inn in San Francisco before embarking on travels to Australia & Hawaii. During the Summer of 2009 he is traveling throughout 6 European countries sharing gatherings and retreats on the "Sing Me Awake" tour.

Kirsten Buxton

Kirsten Buxton devoted her life to awakening when she realized that the feeling of Home and the experience of eternal Love that she had been longing for were God. Kirsten joined David at the Peace House in 2004, and during the first three years as a Messenger of Peace, she accompanied David on many travels throughout the world. These travels were used as a backdrop for healing and for opening to hearing the Holy Spirit’s Voice. Her open dialogues with the Holy Spirit from these years have been published on the interactive AwakeningInChrist online Yahoo group, and have touched hundreds of hearts around the world. Kirsten offers a simple, honest, and straightforward appreciation of healing through A Course In Miracles. Her path continues to involve traveling, and sharing the message of the Spirit, and she enjoys facilitating music and movement experiences/meditations at gatherings and retreats as a backdrop for healing and experiencing oneness. Jason Warwick

At a very young age, Jason Warwick became aware of the simplicity of salvation: knowing that the same truth is beneath all separate interests and religions. Inspired by Mother Theresa's devotional life, he felt a calling to live a life of service without monetary rewards. His path involved religious science and working with youth, and after meeting David Hoffmeister in 2002 he was introduced to ACIM and Awakening Mind. Using Awakening Mind publications, spontaneous travels and volunteering as a backdrop, he was Guided through many assignments around the world to loosen from limiting beliefs and to open up to living a life of Divine Providence. After joining fully with the Messengers of Peace in Canada, he began to travel and teach internationally, and to contribute to the ministerial projects of our sister organization, Living Church Ministries. Jenny Fagerstedt

Jenny is a reflection of Peace and Authenticity. Spirit uses her ability to communicate truthfully without compromise, which facilitates healing for other minds that come to expose any private and hidden thoughts or beliefs. Her presence and gentleness offers the mind a peaceful resting place to feel God's Love. She radiates purity. One of our friends at the Holy Spirit House shares:

"You can feel her peace and her ethereal nature when in her presence. There is no reason to hurry, there is only the present moment to love and be in peace. It won't occur to you to worry about tomorrow as Spirit leaves no room for anything but the truth."

Jenny is available for counseling sessions and one-on-ones. She is David's travel coordinator and handles communications with the hosts for gatherings. She prepares and makes materials ready and practicalities to flow for gatherings and travels. She also works with editing and the publication process of Awakening Mind books. Jenny has traveled in Europe, the South Pacific and in North America sharing gatherings and retreats with the Messengers. She is the manager for Awakening Mind Europe. Lisa Fair

Lisa started her journey with the Messengers of Peace in 2002. Lisa is a true inspiration through her conviction and dedication to sharing the Joy of God. Everywhere she goes the world lightens up and no one can resist the freedom and love of Spirit that Lisa represents. Currently she is stewarding the Light House and works closely with Jason in managing the Foundation. She is the guiding light for visitors and guests that are streaming in to our presence. Through Lisa the Spirit offers a safe and healing environment for the mind to awaken gently. One of our friends at the Holy Spirit House shares:

The Messengers of Peace live simple devotional lives, hosting retreats and traveling where invited to share practical gatherings that inspire and bless all who seek peace of mind and enlightenment. The Messengers of Peace are dedicated to the complete awakening from the dream of separation, as such they are devoted to experiencing the Peace of God.

Acknowledging that truth is within the Mind, the Messengers of Peace offer an invitation to engage in the intention of uncovering the beliefs that seem to obstruct the awareness of Love’s presence. The wrong mind (ego) is simply a faulty choice. Yet, who chooses the ego unless, unrecognized, it seems to offer something of value? Therefore, unveiling the content of "ego-thinking" and seeing that the ego offers nothing of value is essential to choosing peace. David and the Messengers meet with those who desire to discern between the ego’s thought system and the Holy Spirit’s purpose of forgiveness, so that the decision for the Holy Spirit can be made plain. The purpose of these gatherings remains unchanged – learning the Holy Spirit’s purpose of forgiveness and awakening to the peace, happiness and freedom that is Reality.
